Who We Are

Guangzhou Sanxin Metal Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, growing out of the former Guangzhou Sanxing Thermal Spray Plant. We are a technology-driven enterprise specializing in thermal spray processing and the R&D and manufacturing of thermal spray equipment, materials and processes, with 34 years of experience in surface engineering.

We are one of the few suppliers in the industry that both builds the spray systems and operates its own coating workshop. Our engineers work on equipment, coating materials and spray parameters together, and we coat customer parts in-house every day - which is why every process we recommend has already been proven on real production work.

The company is a group member of the China Surface Engineering Association and a member of the National Thermal Spray Collaboration Group. We hold Grade I qualification for thermal spray engineering construction and operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Our equipment line covers SX series plasma spray systems, HVOF supersonic spray systems, large-power arc spray systems, cold spray systems, powder feeders, rotary tables, dust extraction booths and complete turnkey coating lines. Our coating services cover tungsten carbide, ceramic and metal alloy coatings for rolls, screws, dies and cylinders used in paper making, printing and packaging, steel and metallurgy, plastics extrusion, textiles, lithium battery and hydrogen production.
