On February 24, 2025, 5 sets of Guangzhou Sanxin thermal spray equipment were exported to Kazakhstan for loading, including 2 sets of plasma spraying, two sets of SX-9000 supersonic spraying equipment, and one set of air supersonic spraying.
Equipment shipped
The consignment comprised two plasma spraying systems for ceramic coatings, two SX-9000 supersonic (HVOF) systems for carbide wear coatings, and one air supersonic system. All units were crated with spare guns, nozzles and a consumable kit for the first production period.
After delivery
Installation and commissioning are carried out on site by our engineers, followed by operator training and a spray parameter book for the customer's main part family, so production can start with proven settings rather than trial and error.
