This is one of our turnkey coating lines for cookware. Pots move through blasting, spraying, drying and curing stations on a conveyor, with the spray guns mounted on reciprocators so that the coating thickness stays consistent from part to part.
We build these lines for both PTFE non-stick systems and ceramic (sol-gel) coatings, including the dust extraction and exhaust treatment that goes with them. Because the whole line comes from one supplier, the customer deals with a single team for installation, commissioning and training.
