Internal surfaces are the most difficult geometry in thermal spraying: the gun has to reach inside a narrow bore and still build an even coating. Our SG-100 internal spray gun is designed for cylinder bores, pump housings, sleeves and valve bodies.
Typical coatings for bores are tungsten carbide for wear and alumina or chromium oxide for corrosion and insulation. Send the bore diameter, depth and working conditions for a feasibility check.
