نصنّع أنظمة الرش ونشغّل ورشة الطلاء الخاصة بنا، لذلك فإن كل آلة ومادة وعملية نوصي بها سبق اختبارها على قطع إنتاج حقيقية.
مُصنّع للمعدات وورشة طلاء
نصمّم أنظمة الرش ونصنّعها، ثم نطلي قطع العملاء بها في ورشتنا البالغة 5,200 م². لا يُشحن أي شيء دون اختبار.
أربع عمليات تحت سقف واحد
البلازما (APS) وHVOF والقوس والرش البارد، مع طلاءات الكربيد والسيراميك والمعادن - نختار العملية وفق مشكلة التآكل أو التآكل الكيميائي أو الحرارة لديك.
معتمد ومقاس بالكامل
نظام جودة ISO 9001:2015 ومؤهل من الدرجة الأولى في هندسة الرش الحراري. نُدرج السماكة والصلابة والخشونة وقوة الترابط في كل طلب.
مواد مطوّرة داخلياً
WC-12Co وWC-10Co-4Cr والألومينا والزركونيا وNiAl والمساحيق الخاصة - يطوّر مهندسونا مواد الطلاء وبارامترات الرش ويضبطونها.
تسليم وتدريب حول العالم
تُشحن أنظمة الرش والقطع المطلية إلى جميع أنحاء العالم مع التركيب والتشغيل وتدريب المشغلين. مراجع دولية عند الطلب.
