SX-600 Double-Line (Twin-Wire) Arc Spraying Machine
The SX-600 is a supersonic twin-wire arc spraying system that melts two electrically charged metal wires in an arc and atomises the molten metal with high-velocity compressed air. Compared with conventional arc spray, the supersonic version produces a denser, more compact coating microstructure with stronger adhesion.

- Particle velocity: >400 m/s; air consumption >1.85 m³/min at >0.5 MPa
