Titanium Nitride (TiN) Coating System — Arc Ion Plating
This system deposits titanium nitride coatings using plasma-based ion plating. Argon, nitrogen and hydrogen are ionised at temperatures approaching 20,000 K, melting and accelerating coating powder onto the workpiece to form dense, strongly adherent TiN layers.

- Plasma spray gun (SG-100 type, multi-mode)
- Powder feeder and transfer box
- Control cabinet with intelligent module (24 h continuous duty)
- Water chiller / heat exchanger
