Tungsten Carbide Powder HVOF / Plasma Arc Spray Gun
This spray gun is designed for tungsten carbide (WC-Co, WC-CoCr) and chromium carbide (Cr3C2-NiCr) powders. A fuel–oxygen mixture is continuously combusted in a chamber; the hot gas expands through a converging-diverging Laval nozzle and exits the barrel at supersonic speed, accelerating powder particles to about 800 m/s before they strike the substrate.

- Bond strength: up to 90 MPa
- Coating hardness: approx. HV 1,450
- Flame velocity: >2,000 m/s class; particle velocity up to 800 m/s
