Easy-Operation Electric Arc Zinc Wire Metallizing Machine
This machine melts zinc (or zinc-aluminium alloy) wire in an electric arc and projects the atomised metal onto steel surfaces, forming a dense sacrificial anti-corrosion coating. Compared with paint systems, arc-sprayed zinc protects structures for 30+ years with minimal maintenance.
