Graphite Boat Anti-Stick YSZ Coating Line
This plasma spray line applies yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) anti-stick ceramic coatings onto graphite boats, trays and saggars used in cemented carbide sintering. One spray cycle supports 20+ sintering batches, and worn coatings can be blasted off and re-sprayed — the boat body itself is reused for years.
Why YSZ anti-stick coating

Proven in mass production
More than 50 sets of this line configuration have been delivered to leading cemented carbide manufacturers. Using a 300 × 300 mm flat boat as an example, one line sprays 48 plates per hour with a single-side coating cost of about 15 RMB.

Turnkey scope includes blasting pretreatment, SX-80 plasma system, robot manipulator, soundproof booth, dust collector, tooling design and full process training.
