The SX-80 production line is a turnkey solution for thermal barrier coatings (TBC) and ceramic coatings. Everything from pretreatment to dust collection is integrated and commissioned in your workshop — you only provide the floor space and utilities.

Soundproof booth & dust collection
- Full-enclosed soundproof spray booth with observation window
- Pulse-jet cartridge dust collector, emission below national standard
- Robot manipulator with automatic program control
- Emergency interlocks and gas leak alarm for safe operation
Thermal barrier coating capability
YSZ thermal barrier coatings, zirconia, alumina and yttria ceramic coatings with porosity control and thickness uniformity ±10%, suitable for aerospace, gas turbine and industrial roll applications.
Turnkey delivery includes installation, commissioning, operator training and lifetime process support.
