Zirconia-Alumina Coated Graphite Plates for High-Temperature Sintering
Graphite plates and saggers for high-temperature sintering are plasma-sprayed with zirconia (ZrO2) and alumina (Al2O3) ceramic coatings. The coating layer isolates the graphite from the sintering atmosphere and workpieces, preventing carbon contamination and sticking.
