Guangzhou Sanxin Company's hydrogen production electrode net spraying production line is loaded into containers, and the spraying platform is loaded into special cabinets and shipped to South Korea.
What the line does
Electrode nets for alkaline electrolysis are coated with a nickel-aluminium layer that is later activated to form a high-surface-area Raney nickel catalyst. The coating lowers the overpotential of the hydrogen evolution reaction and is applied in a continuous line rather than batch by batch.
Scope of supply
The shipment included the spraying platform, gun manipulation system, powder feed, ventilation and control cabinet, packed into standard containers with the platform in dedicated frames for transport.
